Get the provider's management URL for a subscription
Returns a short-lived URL into the payment provider’s own portal, where the customer changes their payment method, switches plan or cancels. Changes come back as webhooks.
When supportsIframes is true, iframeUrl can be embedded so the customer never leaves the app. Otherwise redirect to manageUrl.
