List app plans
The plans an app can be created on. Public and unauthenticated, so a pricing page renders before sign-in, and returned in full rather than paged — the catalog is small and meant to be narrowed in the client. Pass ?type= to get only the plans valid for one kind of app; a plan and the template beside it must always agree on type, so this is the same filter the creation wizard uses on both. Limits are hard caps with no overcommit: a plan is exactly what the app gets, never a burst ceiling. Only active, listed plans appear.
No API key needed — this endpoint is public.
