Rename a VPS or edit its description
Updates the display name and/or description. These are labels stored by us — nothing on the machine changes, so no restart or reinstall is involved. The hostname is not editable here: it is written into the image at build time, so changing it means a reinstall.
Required API key permission: vps:write
