Restore an app from a backup
Restore the app’s volume from one of its backups. THE VOLUME’S CURRENT CONTENTS ARE REPLACED. The app is stopped first — extracting under a running container would hand it a filesystem changing beneath it — and started again afterwards. Extraction stages on the node and swaps in only on success, so a failed restore leaves the existing volume intact. Only one restore may run per app at a time.
