Enable or disable an exposure
Turn one way into the app on or off.
The only change a managed exposure allows — everything else about one is fixed, because it is the app’s own way in.
Takes effect on the next start. The container is built from these rows when it is created, so a running app keeps whatever routing and ports it was created with. Restart it to apply.
