Get one transaction, synced with the provider
Fetches the transaction and pulls the provider’s current view onto it — status, checkout link and iframe all come from the provider, which is the source of truth. Anything the payment unlocked is provisioned as part of the sync, so a missed webhook is repaired just by opening the transaction.
