Write a file
Replace a file in the app’s volume, creating it if it does not exist. Send base64 for anything that is not text — a binary body through a JSON string is not round-trippable as utf8.
Whole-file only. The node’s file API has no partial-write verb, and emulating one by reading the file back, splicing and re-uploading would silently drop a concurrent write.
Required API key permission: apps:write
