Get the progress of the template's install script
Reports how far the template’s provisioning script has got inside the guest. provision is null when the template installs nothing, which is what tells a client not to show progress at all.
The guest is only read while an install is actually in flight: a finished one is answered from the database and never touches the machine again. The log is not included here — stream it from /vps/:vmId/provision/watch.
