Stop an app
Deletes the container. Only the volume survives — anything written outside the mount point is gone, because start recreates the container from stored rows rather than resuming the old one. Deliberate (R21): it is what makes a start reproducible.
Not gated on the subscription, so a lapsed app can always be turned off.
