Get an app's metrics
CPU, memory, network and disk over one window, in one response. The four windows are the retention tiers: hour (1-minute points), day (5-minute), week (1-hour) and month (6-hour). Nothing is aggregated here — the node’s Netdata already stores each resolution, and the window picks which tier answers.
A metric the node cannot report comes back null rather than failing the request, so a node without disk instrumentation still returns CPU.
For a live view use GET /apps/:id/metrics/stream, which pushes the same payload without polling.
