List endpoints — your servers, apps, transactions, subscriptions, tickets and the rest — share the same query parameters.
Fields an endpoint does not allow for sorting or filtering are ignored rather than rejected, so check the endpoint’s page for the parameters it lists.

The pagination object

List responses carry a pagination object next to data:
The same numbers are also sent as response headers — X-Pagination-Page, X-Pagination-Limit, X-Pagination-Offset, X-Pagination-Total and X-Pagination-Total-Pages.

Fetching everything

Request pages until page reaches totalPages:
The catalog endpoints — app templates and app plans in particular — return the whole catalog in one response without pagination, because it is small and meant to be filtered on your side.
